Maintenance:

Maintenance should be done in the sunny days when the decking is dry(recommended doing after at least a week sunny days)

a) Check the fastening: To check whether the decking turns to be loosening and to reforce the loosening ones.

b) Removal and clean-up: Clean all the corruption, dust, dirt, oil, ash and other material on the floor surface. Make sure that the surface completely cleaned before maintenance; Sweep the debris on or around deecking and joists to keep the drainage.

c) Sanding: Sand the floor surface with soft steel brush.

d) Oiling: Paint the first coat of oil along the length direction with brush.

e) Sanding again: Using 80-100grit/mesh sandpaper to make new smooth surface.

f) Second oiling: Using brush along the length direction to make the second oil.

Remarks:

Put the cloth, brush and other waste into metal containers immediately after maintenance to protect the encoronment and keep it tidy.

The second oil must be applied 12 hours after the first coating.
